These terms govern access to digital services. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, use the service lawfully and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts and products remain subject to identity, eligibility, compliance and risk review. Product availability, limits, fees and required documents may vary by location and customer circumstances.

Only submit transactions you are authorized to make. Instructions may be delayed, declined, returned or held when information is incomplete, funds are unavailable, a limit applies or security and legal checks require review.

Never share your password, one-time code or transaction PIN. We will not ask you to disclose a third-party password. You are responsible for protecting devices used to access the service and reviewing alerts and account activity.

We work to keep services available, but maintenance, provider outages, network problems and events outside our control may cause interruptions. We may change or retire features with appropriate notice where required.

Access may be restricted where necessary to protect customers, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or address a breach of these terms. Closing an account does not remove obligations or records that must legally remain.
